Damika is currently Biathlon Australia's #2 ranked female internationally with 189 IBU Q points.
Damika competed on the IBU Cup as a 16 year old in 2024/25 achieving commendable results including a 63rd in IBU Cup 1 in Idre Fjall, Sweden.
Damika is currently studying Year 12 through the Virtual School Victoria while living in Vuokatti, Finland where she is training with the Vuokatti Spots Academy and the Sotkama Upper Secondary Sports School.
Damika aims to represent Australia on the IBU Cup again in 2025/26.
